Kwalitex Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.

We will provide a formal quotation for each inquiry, with all prices stated in Indian Rupees. The terms and conditions specified in our offer are as follows:

Pricing : Ex-Factory, Thane.
Transportation : Charges to be borne by the buyer, payable as applicable.
Payment Terms : 100% advance payment against Proforma Invoice.
Taxes : GST will be charged additionally, as per applicable rates
Offer Validity : 07 days from the date of issuance.

Return & Replacement Policy

At Kwalitex Helathcare Pvt. Ltd. we maintain the highest standards of quality and safety for all our surgical and disposable products. Since these are surgical, single-use medical items, we do not accept returns once goods have been delivered, except in the cases mentioned below:

Eligible for Replacement/Returny

Damaged or Defective Products : If you receive products that are damaged, defective, or not in usable condition.
Incorrect Product Supplied : If the product received is different from what was ordered.
Transit Issues : If goods are received with tampering or shortage at the time of delivery (must be reported immediately with proof).
Taxes : GST will be charged additionally, as per applicable rates
Offer Validity : 07 days from the date of issuance.

Conditions

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
Returned products must be in original, unopened packaging. Opened or used products cannot be accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Our team will review your claim, and upon approval, replacement or further actions will be decided.
Custom-printed or special-order products are non-returnable, except for defects.

How to Report a Return

Email us at info@kwalitexohs.com with Order Number, Invoice No., product details, and proof of issue.
Our customer support will confirm eligibility and guide you through further process.

Note

Returns due to change of mind, excess ordering, or non-compatibility with other equipment are not accepted.
We reserve the right to approve or reject claims based on inspection and evidence.
